Nice try with the word 'all.' NO, not all, but point is that we have two major job surveys with two relatively different numbers: household survey and payroll survey. Point is that all workers should be counted and fact is they are not, such as contractors and small-business owners. Under Bush the unemployment rate, 5.4%, is lower than under Clinton. Also, interest rates are lower, the GDP is highest in 20 years, home ownership is highest ever, AND under Bush, the most wealthy are actually paying more taxes than under Clinton, thanks to the Alternative Min. Tax (AMT).
