Intelligence Stampede: Is This What We Really Need?

WSJ hits the nail on the head regarding intelligence reform. As an intelligence professional, and veteran and Naval reservist, for the past 20 years with several perspectives, I have the experience to look at the latest changes, and proposals for change, with a wary eye. I agree with this WSJ piece. Reform is needed, but lets think about it first and move out with purpose and not just for action. We need to ask, "Just want do we want to accomplish here?" I was waiting until post-election to tackle this issue via my blog, but nothing wrong with beginning to look at the facts right now.
