Mo' Money, Less Fires

School officials say staff cuts contribute to outbreak of fires. Huh? This appeared in the Baltimore Sun; for those of you not in the know, Balitmore is a Democratic town, and I can't help but wish for a change in command in the city. Nothing, and I mean, nothing has improved in this city....it's just getting worse. And Mayor O'Malley wants to be the next MD Gov.! Yikes...More to follow//JW sends.
