Are the Terrorists Failing?

David Ignatius of the Washington Post wonders if the terrorists are really successful. He cites recent book that they may not be succeeding. My point here is that terrorism is a disease similar to alcoholism, one doesn't claim victory but battles daily...forever....More to follow//JW sends.
